We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow for 1 additional Business Day to process your order. Orders placed after 9 AM Pacific time Friday may not ship until the next business day. U.S. Holidays are not considered business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.birthingstyle.com. If you are not satisfied with you BG that you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 return processing fee. Please contact us at hello@birthingstyle.com if you received the wrong items in your order, or you are requesting a return or exchange.

RETURNING AN ITEM
To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

1. All returned items must be in good and unused condition.
2. Include a copy of your email receipt and/or order number.
3. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. BG&Co. cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Send items to this address:

RETURN STATUS
•Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
•If you are returning a product without a pre-authorized shipping label, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
•It will take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
•It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
•The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact hello@birthingstyle.com to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.
•To exchange an item purchased from www.birthingstyle.com, you need to first return your original purchase before receiving credit for a new one. There is no return processing fee for exchanges.
